Martina Pulver – Facilitator for Complex, Transcultural Collaboration

When things get complex, good collaboration becomes crucial – and that’s precisely where Martina Pulver comes in. For over 30 years, she has supported organizations, leaders, and teams in collaborating more clearly, effectively, and reliably during change and decision-making processes. Her particular strength: facilitation – the professional design of meetings and workshops where differing perspectives don’t hinder progress but instead lead to sustainable results.
Especially in international and transcultural contexts, she creates structure, security, and genuine participation – even when interests diverge or tensions arise. She is fluent in German, English, and French.

What does facilitation mean – and why is it so effective?

Facilitation means guiding the process so that groups can bring together their knowledge, experience, and decisions in the best possible way. A facilitator ensures clarity about the goal and approach, high-quality discussions, appropriate methods – and that the right topics are addressed. This is effective because it saves time, reduces misunderstandings, and transforms “discussion” back into “decision-making”: focused, fair, and results-oriented.
